This paper explores the current state, practical applications, and significance of integrating moral education with aesthetic education in art instruction. Contemporary art education often lacks effective integration with moral education, despite both being vital components of holistic education. The nation advocates for the mutual promotion and complementary development of aesthetic and moral education. The introduction highlights the importance of art education in today's society and analyzes the integration of aesthetic and moral education from three perspectives: the current state of their fusion, the specific application of moral education in art education, and the significance of their integration. This study aims to promote students' comprehensive development, foster cultural inheritance and innovation, and improve teaching effectiveness. By delving into the integration of moral and aesthetic education, the paper seeks to provide new insights and methodologies for the development of art education.
