This paper examines issues of innovation in public management from interdisciplinary perspectives integrating social sciences and arts. Through a comprehensive review of existing research, the paper identifies key challenges in public management and explores innovative solutions. It particularly focuses on the impact of social and cultural factors on public policy implementation and managerial efficacy, discussing how interdisciplinary approaches can promote collaboration and development among governments and societal organizations. The study emphasizes the necessity of integrating artistic and social scientific frameworks in fostering effective policy formulation and implementation in public management. Finally, the paper suggests future research directions to provide new insights and avenues for further development and improvement in the field of public management.

The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how digital media can enhance cultural preservation efforts while navigating the complexities of cultural adaptation and authenticity in a globalized world.

Focusing on literary works from China, Japan, and South Korea, it investigates how authors navigate and redefine cultural narratives amidst increasing global interconnectedness. The analysis considers themes of hybridity, authenticity, and resistance to hegemonic influences as depicted in selected literary texts. Through a comparative and contextual approach, the research aims to uncover the nuanced ways in which East Asian writers negotiate their cultural identities in response to globalizing forces. By examining these narratives, the study contributes to a broader discourse on cultural dynamics in the era of globalization, shedding light on the complexities of identity formation and representation in contemporary East Asian literature.
